Pale gold in colour with silver highlights. Very fruity nose with highly expressive notes of citrus (tangerine, mandarin, grapefruit). Balanced on the palate with structured acidity, offering great finesse and length. Serve as an aperitif, with fish, chicken, or grilled meats.
