Description

Open, expressive nose, substantial and refined, displaying a multitude of red berry aromas mingled with some mineral touches and the smoky notes. A generous, well-integrated tannic structure emerges from a round and forthright attack, while juicy red berry fruit gives plenty of body and flavour on the mid-palate which leads to a succulent and flavoursome balance of a long and elegant finish. The wine goes well with venison, veal, braised beef/ lamb and cheese.
