Description
A champagne that is especially designed to be served on ice. The attack in the mouth is ample and fleshy, with a rich explosion of fruity savours (fruit salad, wild strawberries, raspberries in syrup) and sweet aromas (toffee, quince jelly), then the acidity emerges for a refreshing finish with notes of grapefruit, ginger and quinine. It can be served with 3 ice cubes in a large Cabernet-sytle glass, can be mixed with ingredients that heighten its freshness and aromatic intensity.
